Pickup policy
When to pick up, what to bring, large items and home delivery.
Pickup deadline
All orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving the delivery notification. If you need more time, please email customerservice@megasaversoutlet.com before the deadline. Extensions are granted at our discretion, and requests for non-urgent reasons may be declined. Items not picked up in time are considered abandoned without notice and are restocked for auction.
Pickup locations and hours
Mega Savers offers free shipping to our pickup locations. You will get a tracking number by email once there is an update in our tracking system.
When you pick up, you must show valid photo ID and sign for the goods you receive. The ID number is recorded as proof of verification. By signing, you acknowledge receipt of the goods listed on the invoice and confirm that the items have been properly inspected and are free from undisclosed defects.
Large items
If you are buying a large item, please make sure you have suitable transportation and help with loading. We may be able to help with loading, but we are not responsible for any issues that arise while loading.
Home delivery
If you need home delivery, email customerservice@megasaversoutlet.com right after you receive your invoice. We will send you an invoice for the shipping fees, payable by e-transfer, and ship your items once payment is received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and orders shipped this way are not covered by the warranty. You may authorize a pre-shipment inspection by reviewing the images provided.
Missing items and claims
Check your items before you leave the pickup desk, and tell the staff right away if anything is missing. If an item does not match its listing, email customerservice@megasaversoutlet.com within seven days of your pickup date to open a claim. Refunds for items that do not match their listing are subject to claim review.
Items sold in 1/3 condition ("as is"), mystery lots and coffin boxes are final sale. See Item conditions.
